How to choose your Odoo integrator in Morocco
A good Odoo integrator in Morocco is recognised by four signals: proven Odoo experience over time (projects delivered, versions mastered), verifiable and published client references, proven command of Moroccan localisation (CNSS, IR, TVA, DGI e-invoicing) and a written support commitment after Go-Live. Price on its own is the worst possible selection criterion.

The 10 criteria for choosing your Odoo integrator
Use this scorecard to compare the integrators you shortlist objectively — including us.
1. Proven Odoo experience
Projects delivered, versions mastered, consultant certifications: real experience is what matters. Publisher partner status is a useful signal, not a guarantee of execution.
2. Verifiable references
Insist on published client references and documented case studies — not just logos. Ask to speak to two of their clients.
3. Command of Moroccan localisation
CGNC accounting, TVA, CNSS/IR/AMO payroll, DAMANCOM, DGI e-invoicing: without mastered localisation, your ERP will simply not be compliant.
4. Team and seniority
How many consultants? Who will actually be on your project? A two-person integrator cannot carry a mid-market programme.
5. Project methodology
Written scoping, scope and budget fixed before kick-off, milestones and acceptance testing: budget overruns always start with vague scoping.
6. Development capability
Studio is not always enough. The integrator must be able to develop clean modules and maintain them through version upgrades.
7. Support and maintenance after Go-Live
What happens once you are live? Insist on a written support commitment (SLA, bug fixing, updates).
8. Hosting and data sovereignty
Odoo Online, Odoo.sh or hosting in Morocco: the integrator must give you the choice and stand behind it contractually.
9. Financial health and longevity
Your ERP will run for 10 years. Check the integrator's track record, size and stability: a provider that disappears leaves an orphaned project.
10. Price transparency
A serious integrator publishes or shares its price ranges. Be wary of opaque quotes and of licences resold with a hidden margin.
Our advice: score each integrator from 1 to 5 on these 10 criteria during your meetings. A total below 35/50 is a warning sign. Karizma is happy to take the test — in fact we are the ones who suggest it.
