From Odoo integrator to sovereign software publisher
Founded in 2013, Karizma first established itself as one of the benchmark Odoo integrators in Morocco and Africa: Odoo Gold Partner (2013–2023) and twice Best Partner Africa (2019 and 2021). From this intensive practice, project after project, a second calling emerged: that of a software publisher of business solutions, industrialising what genuinely works in production.
This dual identity — Odoo integrator and software publisher — sets the group apart: we don't sell concepts, we deploy solutions proven in the field, from scoping through to operation.

More than 40 consultants and experts cover the entire lifecycle of an ERP project: business consultants (finance, supply chain, production, HR and Moroccan payroll), developers and DevOps, AI experts. A single chain of responsibility links the audit to the Go-Live: you always know who owns your project.
Our consultants are certified and continuously trained through Karizma Academy, with mentoring and ongoing monitoring of Odoo, the cloud and AI.
