Women in Business
Women in Business is Karizma's initiative dedicated to women's leadership in tech. We support women entrepreneurs in digitalising their business, with the same tools and the same standards as those we apply for our largest clients. One conviction drives us: digital transformation must be within reach of those who move the economy forward on the ground.
Why Women in Business
Technology remains a field in which women are still too rarely represented, even though they account for a growing share of entrepreneurship. With Women in Business, Karizma chooses to act concretely: we put our ERP and digital expertise at the service of women entrepreneurs who want to structure and accelerate their business.
This commitment is a direct extension of our values: people first, knowledge sharing and measurable results.
What the initiative offers participants
- A tailored digital assessment, matched to their project and their sector.
- The implementation of Odoo modules as part of the programme.
- Hands-on training in the use of Odoo.
- One-to-one coaching and performance follow-up
- Access to a community of women entrepreneurs.
The toolset is built on Odoo ERP and, where needed, on Karizma One.
Who is the programme for?
The programme is aimed at women entrepreneurs whose business has moved beyond the idea stage and who need digital tools to reach the next level. All sectors are welcome.
- Running a project that is already up and running, beyond the mere concept.
- Being available to take part in programme activities, online or in person
- Being open to sharing experience and to collaborative learning.
Support that meets our standards
Women in Business is not a symbolic gesture. Participants are supported by the very same consultants and the very same methods that serve SMEs and large groups in more than 20 countries. That is what gives the programme its value: proven expertise, placed at the service of entrepreneurs.
See that rigour for yourself through our track record and our team.
Commit, apply, pass it on
Driven by Karizma Group, the initiative is part of a wider ecosystem of community-focused actions. By joining Women in Business, participants also become ambassadors: their journeys inspire other women to take the step towards digitalisation.
