Where is my data hosted?
Where you decide: Morocco, Europe or Africa. The region is a contractual commitment. National hosting enables law 09-08 compliance and CNDP filings.
Do I need technical skills to use the platform?
No. That is the whole point: the DevOps chain is automated and development happens by describing the need in plain language, without writing code or handling a Git repository.
What does unlimited bug fixing mean?
Any reproducible defect in production is fixed with no volume limit for as long as the subscription is active. There is no ticket counter and no time-and-materials billing on corrections.
What is Karizma One Pay?
The financial brick of the platform: payment accounts and cards for your company and your employees, operated under payment agent status and attached directly to your management system.
What do the autonomous AI agents do?
They process cases, apply decision rules, trigger actions and produce advanced reports without human intervention. They act in place of an employee on defined processes, not merely in assistance.
Can I get my data back if I leave?
