In short: an Odoo project in Morocco costs from 80,000 MAD (Pack Express, standard scope) to more than 500,000 MAD (extended multi-module scope). The budget depends above all on the number of modules, the level of customisation and the data migration. On top of that comes the Karizma One subscription: an all-in licence per user including hosting, maintenance and support. Very small businesses can claim the Mowakaba grant up to 90% (capped at 40,000 MAD) and SMEs up to 80% (capped at 400,000 MAD).

Extended multi-module scope, specific developments, change management. 25 weeks and beyond.
What really moves the budget
Every module adds configuration, testing and training. It is better to start with a tight scope and extend later.
Migrating clean history from Sage or Excel costs little; heterogeneous data can add 10 to 20% to the project.
Standard Odoo covers 80 to 90% of an SME's needs. Every specific development must be justified by a genuine business gain.
Connecting a bank, an e-commerce platform or a WMS adds data flows that need to be specified and tested.
Team training and go-live support: the number one success factor, and often under-budgeted.
Allow 10 to 15% of the project budget per year for support, updates and enhancements.
