How do I get access?
Access is opened by your employer. You receive an invitation by e-mail or SMS; install Karizma Pay, tap « I already have an account » or enter your invitation code, then your mobile number and the code you receive. If you have no invitation, ask your HR department.
I did not receive the code
Check the number (the +212 prefix is already filled in), wait one minute, then tap « Resend ». Codes are valid 10 minutes. If it still does not arrive, contact us.
A service is missing (leave, payslips, attendance…)
Each company opens the services it uses. If one is missing, your employer has not opened it yet: ask your HR department.
Where is my expense report?
Expenses tab: each report shows its status (draft, sent, approved, refunded or refused). Approval is done by your manager; the refund follows your company’s usual process.
I changed phones
Install Karizma Pay on the new phone and sign in with your number: you will receive a code to confirm it. Your previous phone is then signed out.
Delete my account
In the app: Menu › Delete my account (bottom of the screen), then confirm. Your access, devices and notification tokens are removed; if something still has to be settled with your account, our team handles it and confirms by e-mail. You can also write to support@karizma.ma from the e-mail or the phone number of the account. HR documents and records (payslips, leave, expense reports) belong to your employer and stay in its HR system. Security logs are kept as described in the privacy policy.
My personal data
See the privacy policy of the app. Under Moroccan law 09-08 you can ask to access, correct or delete your data by writing to support@karizma.ma.
