An adventure that began in 2009

As early as 2009, Karizma integrated the first versions of Odoo (then OpenERP) in consulting and process optimization assignments. In 2013, this experience was structured: we created an offering dedicated to Odoo implementation, based on quality standards, a proven method, and a strong capacity for business customization.

We've grown by doing, project by project, without ever sacrificing quality for speed. This approach has enabled us to support over 220 customers, develop dozens of vertical solutions (industry, distribution, automotive, services, etc.), and build a team of committed experts.

Recognition in keeping with our results

Our commitment has been recognized on several occasions with the title of Best Odoo Integrator in Africa (2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), and official recognition by Odoo SA in 2021.
But at Karizma, customer recognition is worth more than a label, and it's this satisfaction that guides all our decisions.

Today, Odoo SA is increasingly orienting its strategy towards a closed model centered on the Enterprise version, and a partnership policy focused on the volume of new users.
This commercial logic, although effective for the publisher, can weaken the quality of customer relations, by imposing technological choices dictated by the objectives of the partner program rather than by real needs in the field.

Independence

Karizma has made another choice: that of. independence

We continue to integrate Odoo Enterprise as well as Odoo Community, according to the context, maturity level and challenges of each customer.
We refuse to impose unjustified solutions or costs simply to satisfy Gold classification criteria.
We place the priority on long-term projects, trust-based relationships with our customers, and consistent, uncompromising quality of service.
